At our location in Murten FR, we are looking for a
Customer Success Manager 60 – 100%

Your tasks:
- Proactive customer contact (C2C) by phone, email or video
- Support for users and members throughout the buying and selling process
- Acquiring new customers (outbound sales)
- Management of our CRM system
- Support for events
Our requirements:
- Completed training (EFZ, HF, FH)
- Professional experience in customer support
- Swiss German as mother tongue with very good knowledge of French
