With over +40,000 bikes from over +400 specialist bike dealers, velocorner.ch is the largest online bike marketplace in Switzerland and has been part of Touring Club Suisse (TCS) since 2023. At TCS velocorner.ch, we bring buyers and sellers of high-quality, new and used bikes and e-bikes together.

Customer Success Manager 60 – 100%

Your tasks:
- Proactive customer contact (C2C) by phone, email or video
- Support for users and members throughout the buying and selling process
- Acquiring new customers (outbound sales)
- Management of our CRM system
- Support for events
Our requirements:
- Completed training (EFZ, HF, FH)
- Professional experience in customer support
- Swiss German as mother tongue with very good knowledge of French
