What matters with an e-bike
Secure footing
E-bikes often weigh more than 20 kg. You should be able to put both feet down securely when you stop. If in doubt, go for the smaller size.
Step-through frame
A low step-through makes getting on and off a heavy bike much easier, and not only for older riders.
Test ride at a dealer
You can only judge the ride and the motor support on the bike itself. Test your dream e-bike before you buy.
