1. Role of velocorner AG and contractual relationship
Orders in the Brandstore are processed via the velocorner.ch platform. velocorner AG acts as an intermediary and operator of the platform but is not a party to the sales contract. The contract is concluded directly between the customer and the third-party supplier (“partner”), who also ships the goods directly to the customer (dropshipping).
2. Delivery
Delivery is carried out exclusively by the respective partner directly to the customer. Delivery times, methods, and costs may vary depending on the partner. velocorner AG is not liable for delivery delays or transport damages.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices in the Brandstore are listed in CHF and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through velocorner AG as the technical payment intermediary. The amount is collected on behalf of the partner and transferred to them.
4. Right of Return
All orders placed in the Brandstore are subject to a 10-calendar-day return period starting from the date of delivery. Returns should not be sent to velocorner AG, but directly to the partner who delivered the merchandise. In the event of an approved return (e.g., because the customer does not like the item), the customer will be refunded only the purchase price of the returned merchandise. The original shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase (outbound shipping) will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are generally to be borne by the customer, unless the partner expressly agrees to cover them. Exceptions to this are returns attributable to an error on the part of the partner (e.g., proven defect or incorrect delivery). In these cases, the customer will be reimbursed for both the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs.
- Written explanation of the reason for the return (e.g., defect, incorrect delivery, dissatisfaction)
- Return of the goods in perfect condition and in the original packaging
- Inclusion of a copy of the delivery note or invoice
The return address will be provided to the customer by the Partner or by velocorner AG upon request. Returns without stating the reason for the return and without supporting documentation (delivery note/invoice) will not be accepted.
5. Warranty
Legal warranty claims must be made directly with the respective partner. The partner’s warranty terms apply. velocorner AG assumes no warranty or product liability.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, velocorner AG disclaims all liability related to Brandstore orders. In particular, velocorner AG is not liable for:
- product defects or damages
- delivery delays, non-performance, or partner errors
- disputes, refunds, or reversals between customers and partners
All claims must be addressed directly to the partner.
7. Data Protection

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law exclusively applies. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permitted, is the registered office of velocorner AG.
