We're constantly looking for talented Customer Success Manager (m/f) 60-100% German and/or French speaking Tasks - Be constantly in touch with customers by phone and e-mail (C2C as also B2C) - Bring first class support to our customers on the field (physically visting bike dealerships around Switzerland) - Reporting in Excel & CRM with Data Analysis & functional spreadsheet building (incl. Data Cleaning & Wrangling) - Administrative tasks related to maintaining and ensuring data quality & information accuracy related to customers as well as the Customer Success team (Wiki, Slides, CRM, etc.) - Administrative and coordinative tasks relevant for preparing Sales and Marketing campaigns - Planning of events or meetings Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or other demonstration of quantitative education - Awesome communication skills - Very good excel skills incl. advanced formula writing - Knowledge of database structures - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - An inquisitive person who is eager to learn - Fluent in either Swiss German or French (bilingual is a big plus)
