Merida, 96 3000-D (women's MTB). Fox fork with adjustable rear suspension. Shimano XT components, Shimano brakes and rims, ergonomic bike grips, bottle holder with the option to attach a small pump, quick-release for the saddle (Selle Italia), allowing for easy adjustment. The bike was purchased in 2013 and has been regularly used on weekends for about 2 years (on hiking trails, not downhill tracks). After changing friends :) it has been rarely used since; therefore, it's in excellent condition. I am reluctant to part with it since it was quite expensive originally, but it doesn't make much sense to keep it for occasional rides in the city. I took it to Mont Ventoux! I was the only person there with a mountain bike.
