For example, the Stumpjumper 15 with 145 mm in the rear and our Enduro with 170 mm both use 101 mm of travel to absorb an impact force of 1080 N. MORE TRACTION: Extensive laboratory and trail testing has also shown that the Stumpjumper 15 with GENIE has 57% better traction characteristics compared to a conventional air-sprung damper. Our new GENIE technology delivers the smooth performance of a steel spring, resulting in more rear wheel contact with the ground than a standard air damper.
