With our C:62® carbon we increased the high modulus fibre content, then we reinforced the resulting material with nanoparticles incorporated into the bonding resin. Which is all just a fancy way of saying it's extremely strong, light and durable. Advanced Internal Cable Routing, Gear and brake cables need a way to get from handlebar controls to frame – but what if there was no need for holes near the head tube? We came up with a design that takes cables into the frame via the headset, maintaining full internal cable routing but making it even neater and less obtrusive. Fixed Integrated Battery, Bosch SX technology incorporates a new, lighter and more configurable battery setup. To make the most of the weight saving, we've integrated the new battery fully into the down tube. This means we can position it optimally for the best weight distribution and handling, as well as saving more weight by building a down tube that's precisely the right size to fit, and without the need for an access hatch. And the Power More option means you can add an additional 250Wh battery quickly and simply, for extra range. It's the best of both worlds. Adjustable headset angle, When you're harnessing gravity, the trail is challenging and every second counts, the geometry of your CUBE is a critical component. That's why our adjustable headset allows you to tweak head angle, so you can set your bike up just the way you like it. A little slacker for more stability, or a little steeper for better agility. The choice is yours... Agile Trail Geometry, Agile Trail Geometry is a development of our popular and well received Agile Ride Geometry, with a focus on riders who enjoy pushing their limits on the trails. By lowering standover height and allowing more room for the rider to move around over the bike, we've created a setup that rewards adventurous line choices. Because, after all, it's all about having fun. Advanced Twin Mold, With our Advanced Twin Mold process we use two precisely manufactured forms for our C:62®, C:68® and C:68X® carbon frames. The first form is to ensure an accurate layup. The second, inner form keeps every individual fibre precisely where it needs to be while the frame cures. The result is a significantly lighter, stronger frame, with fibre density tailored to anticipated loadings at specific points.
