I've ridden the bike about 10-15 times, unfortunately I don't use it enough, it's in very good condition and just serviced (disc brakes adjusted, etc.), always stored in a dry basement.
I'm 189cm tall and it fit perfectly, I would say the frame is suitable for heights approximately between 182 - 195cm.
