Forged Aluminum Linkage & Bridge With the shorter and stiffer forged aluminum linkage, we were able to reduce the weight by about 30% through strategically placed cutouts inside while increasing stiffness. The seatstay bridge in front of the seat tube connects the shock and rear end, ensuring precise alignment even under heavy load. Two Bottle Cages Thanks to two bottle cage mounts on each frame size, you can remain self-sufficient on self-supported tours without a backpack and during long races. Progressive Kinematics A progressive kinematics provides a more balanced ratio of efficiency and control than conventional linear or progressive setups. The bike remains efficient and traction strong even with the shock fully open. Race Geometry The new geometry ensures more aggressive XC handling and greater control at high speeds. The Most Direct Path to Shock Lockout Our patented I-Line is simply the most elegant, direct, and best-integrated shock lockout on the market. The cable for the shock lockout runs completely inside the frame to the remote lever, which means fewer cables, less dirt, and less friction. OMX Carbon OMX Carbon is used only in our lightest and stiffest frames for racing purposes. This material represents the pinnacle of carbon fiber frame construction. Integrated Multitool The Oiz features an integrated 8-piece multitool that sits neatly on the underside of the top tube directly above the shock.
