We achieved a balance in anti-squat between the predecessor and the Stumpjumper EVO, both known for their excellent riding characteristics. PROGRESSIVE TRAIL GEOMETRY: The geometry of this bike delivers big bike virtues on demand, providing light and agile steering in tight sections and highly efficient climbing behavior. The central, spacious cockpit centers the rider for the best possible traction and cornering control. The low bottom bracket, slack head tube angle, and optimized fork offset offer easy balance even in challenging terrain, thanks to high stability. A FRAME FULL OF OPTIONS: Six individual settings allow riders to perfectly adjust the ergonomics and efficiency of their bike according to their preferences and terrain. Steering angle and bottom bracket height can be modified for the ideal center of gravity or necessary ground clearance. FORM FOLLOWS FUN: While it’s possible to create a frame that is maximally rigid, that isn’t always practical. To truly connect with the bike, the frame needs to exhibit a certain level of flexibility. We designed the M5 aluminum chassis – front and rear triangles and the connection in between – as a single unit that provides the rigidity required for trail riding. WHEEL SIZE: All models with coil-spring shocks come equipped with wheels of different sizes.
