For the anti-squat feature of the Stumpjumper 15 Alloy, we’ve created a balance between the previous model and the Stumpjumper EVO, each bringing excellent riding characteristics. PROGRESSIVE TRAIL GEOMETRY: The geometry of this bike delivers big bike virtues on demand, offering a nimble steering feel in tight sections and highly efficient climbing abilities. The central, spacious cockpit centers the rider for the best possible traction and cornering control. The low bottom bracket, slack head tube angle, and optimized fork offset provide effortless stability even in challenging terrain. A FRAME FULL OF OPTIONS: Six individual settings allow riders to perfectly adjust the ergonomics and efficiency of their bike according to personal preferences and terrain. The steering angle and bottom bracket height can be altered for optimal center of gravity or necessary ground clearance. FORM FOLLOWS FUN: While we can build a frame with maximum stiffness, that isn’t always the best approach. To become one with the bike, the frame must exhibit a certain level of compliance. We designed the M5 aluminum chassis – the front and rear sections and the connection between them – as a single unit that delivers the required stiffness for trail riding. WHEEL SIZE: All models with coil spring suspension are equipped with different wheel sizes.
