The new R5, in size 56, reaches a total weight of just 5.97 kg, which is 900 grams below the minimum limit set by the UCI. The frame weighs only 651 grams (size 56) and the fork 298 grams. In addition to the 100 g reduction in frame/fork weight, we have optimized every component of the bike, achieving a total reduction of 326 g across all Cervélo components.
