What sets CUBE apart, among other things, is an absolute attention to detail. That's why we equipped the Kathmandu with the integrated IC 3.0 carrier, which seamlessly and elegantly transitions into our Acid fenders. Additionally, there is a mount for a Flat Mount disc brake at the rear wheel, as well as a kickstand. The clean, tidy appearance of the frame is thanks to the tube connections welded using the Smooth Welding process. Speaking of functionality, we equipped the rear end with a thru axle and opted for a tapered head tube for optimized stability and steering precision (even when fully loaded). And thanks to the internally routed cables in the downtube, the bike smoothly changes gears permanently, with the gearing requiring minimal maintenance.
