The Bullit is Santa Cruz's answer to a simple question: What happens when you combine a downhill bike character with an e-drive? The result is an e-MTB that makes uplift unnecessary without compromising on downhill performance. The Carbon C frame with 170 mm rear travel and four-bar kinematics is consistently designed for downhill performance. At the front, there is a FOX 38 Float Performance fork with Grip damper and 170 mm travel, and at the rear, a FOX Float X Performance shock. The MX setup with a 29-inch front wheel and a 27.5-inch rear wheel combines rolling speed in the front with agility in the back. Geo and progression flip chips allow for independent adjustment of the head tube angle and suspension characteristics. The whole thing is powered by the Bosch Performance Line CX motor with 85 Nm and a 600 Wh PowerTube battery. Shifting is done wirelessly with SRAM 90 Eagle T-Type AXS 12-speed, and braking is handled by SRAM Maven Base 4-piston brakes with 200 mm rotors front and rear. At the front, it rolls on a Maxxis Assegai 29x2.5 MaxxGrip, and at the rear, a Maxxis Minion DHR II 27.5x2.5 MaxxTerra, both in Double Down casing on Reserve 30|HD aluminum rims.
