Frequently asked questions about installment payments

All e-bikes shown on this page. They are offered by dealers who work with HeyLight and offer either 0% BNPL or Credit. The product page shows which option and terms are available for the specific e-bike.

With 0% BNPL, you pay no interest and split the purchase price over the number of months you choose. With Credit, you choose a term at a fixed annual percentage rate of 9.9%.

Choose HeyLight at checkout, get redirected to HeyLight and apply directly with them. The process includes brief online identification. Credit applications also require a creditworthiness check. HeyLight makes the final approval decision.

Representative example (Credit): Purchase price CHF 2'000, term 24 months, annual percentage rate 9.9%, monthly installment CHF 92.50, total amount payable CHF 2'220. The granting of credit is prohibited if it would lead to over-indebtedness. Financing is provided by HeyLight AG.
