Perfect Using them on my gravel and they're really really good. Way above my expectations.

Simple and robust The big test is still pending, but the installation on my suspension fork is easy and the VersaCage has a secure fit. I didn't even have to tighten the straps that much. That would probably not be good for the plastic teeth. The rubber padding provides a relatively quick secure hold. The brackets always stay on the fork for me where they don't bother me at all. This way, I only have to attach and secure the basket when needed. Obstacles, such as a speed sensor, can be easily avoided thanks to the flexible mounting options. I also ordered some spare brackets just to be safe. Just in case :) As soon as I start my first rides on the MTB, I will report back.

Saved money at the wrong point The mount itself is good. You can easily store luggage in a stuff sack and buckle it to the mount with the included straps. The provided plastic zip ties to secure the device to the fork can't withstand anything!!! I had to replace them on the very first day of my multi-day tour. It's best to secure it to the fork with metal zip ties before starting the trip. To protect the fork and as an anti-slip measure, you can simply cut an old bike inner tube and place it between the fork and the zip tie.
