Built for eternity Top front headlight for bicycles with a dynamo. However, a switch to turn it on and off would be desirable in conjunction with a hub dynamo. On the other hand, the additional resistance (on my older touring bike) is negligible, and in connection with better visibility (during the day), it’s not so bad at all. Extensive accessories are included for installation (from cable ties to heat shrink tubing to cable connectors) – everything is there – commendable! Unfortunately, all possible mounting options for the headlight were too small in diameter, which meant the fixed clamp had to be padded with rubber. This is a bit disappointing and slightly tarnishes the otherwise perfect impression.

Missing adapter for ø 25.4 mm Most mountain bikes have a handlebar with ø 25.4 mm. Since the mount is designed for ø 31.8 mm, an adapter should have been included in the package. Unfortunately, the "25.4mm UHBM ADAPTER" is also not available separately at Galaxus.

Good front light A very well-made bike front light of high quality. One star deducted because: - The mounting ring requires that you remove everything from the handlebars beforehand -> totally unrealistic, I mounted it differently. - The lamp has two pairs of cables: one for connecting to the dynamo, one for connecting a rear light. I wanted to replace an existing lamp on my e-bike: the rear light is already wired and there is already a cable going to the front light. I could only connect this cable to the other cable, not directly to the lamp. Overall, the front light is poorly suited for retrofitting on a bike. I managed to make it work anyway: it’s possible. But for the price, I expected more flexibility in the installation.
