The XT M8250 Di2 Upgrade Kit from Shimano quickly and easily transforms an existing mechanical 12-speed MTB transmission into an electronic shifting system. The scope of delivery includes the Di2 derailleur – available for either 10-51 or 9-45 cassettes, the ergonomically adjustable Di2 shift lever, which can be mounted directly on the Shimano brake lever or with the clamp variant on the handlebar, the new Di2 battery that connects directly to the derailleur, as well as a charger with a USB-C port.
