Shoe plate/adapter for SPD cleats on SPD-SL shoes much more stable than the SM-SH40M pedal plate adapter, which broke or came apart on me. The lifespan of this adapter remains to be seen. Important: the adjustment range is only lateral. There is no adjustment possible in the longitudinal direction (driving direction).
