A strong burst of air is required to mount a tubeless tire so that the tire bead quickly presses into the rim edge and seals the tire. In a professional workshop or at a gas station, a compressor helps.
For a safe and easy installation without a compressor, Schwalbe now introduces the Tire Booster, developed in collaboration with the British start-up Airshot. With it, pressure of up to eleven Bar can be introduced into the tire instantly.
 

Here’s how it works: Connect the Tire Booster with a conventional floor pump via the SV valve on the Tire Booster, pump the bottle, and then activate the quick-release valve. The air spreads evenly right away, and the tire seats firmly on the rim - usually with the characteristic loud pop.
