Due to precise processing, they are particularly durable at the seam. A comparative test showed that the Schwalbe tube can maintain air pressure significantly longer than other tubes (these lost almost twice as much air pressure in 30 days compared to the Schwalbe tube). A possible reason for this could be the lower butyl content in the other tubes. The special quality of Schwalbe tubes originates from the uniqueness of their rubber compound.
