Is installation possible by myself?
Yes, installation is doable with some technical skills. An instruction manual is included in the delivery, and many videos show step by step how to do it. Important: The cable routing is internal, and the frame must be prepared for this. If you have doubts, we recommend installation by a local dealer.

Is the seatpost suitable for my E-Bike?

What is the maximum weight limit to use this seatpost?

Do I need to maintain the air spring?
The air spring requires little maintenance. Regular cleaning and occasional re-inflation in case of air loss are usually sufficient.

How is the saddle height adjusted?
