Needed for 7 x 9 Oval Rails; Works with Canyon I purchased this flip head adapter in order to fit a new saddle with 7 x 9 rails to my Canyon VCLS leaf-spring seat post. The Flip Head part that comes with the seat post fits 7 x 7 circular rails, which is why I needed this product. Canyon and Ergon are somehow related, so I figured this Ergon Flip Head adapter would fit my Canyon seat post. It fits perfectly. I have mounted my new saddle with 7 x 9 carbon rails using this Ergon "Kit". The same part from Canyon costs 14chf. Not sure why this part sells for 60% more.
