The Brooks B17 Special Short saddle is made of durable, vegetable-tanned leather and has been manufactured nearly unchanged for over 100 years. Once the saddle is broken in, the leather conforms to personal seating anatomy and is exceptionally comfortable. In the special version, the rivets are made of copper and the saddle frame is made of copper-plated steel. The Brooks B17 Short saddle is short-cut and designed for the anatomy of women and shorter men.
