The aptly named Addict receives an overhaul this year to be even more of everything you love about performance road bikes. To create the new Addict Premium, we have incorporated design elements and cutting-edge technologies that riders appreciate in racing platforms, and toned them down to create a bike that is still potent enough to enjoy fast laps and hard sprints on the pedals – but also one that won’t leave you feeling like a twisted pretzel after just 30 kilometers.

With the Addict Premium, the geometry is slightly more upright and forgiving than that of race bikes, allowing you to cover the miles at your own pace – whether briskly or on a relaxed Sunday ride – without having to force yourself into a long reach or low stack. The engineers have designed the frame set to provide vertical compliance without compromising on power transfer and efficiency. Thanks to its 38mm tire clearance, the Addict also lets you enjoy rough roads. However, the performance is always available when you want it. The Addict Premium features our lightweight yet stable HMX carbon layup for quick accelerations, effortless climbing, and the characteristic agile ride quality that the Addict is known for.

The Addict Premium takes you anywhere – however and as long as you want. And if the ride turns out to be too long for the bike, you can pull out the Save-The-Day kit with a tube, tire levers, and a mini pump. The Addict Premium is equipped with Shimano's top model, the Dura-Ace Di2 electronic 2x shifting group, as well as the fast and stable Fulcrum Wind 42 Disc wheels on Schwalbe PRO ONE tires – for long distances at any pace you choose.
