The Áspero-5 is Cervélo's gravel racing machine, consistently designed for speed and, according to Cervélo, the most aerodynamic gravel bike ever built. This bike won the UCI Gravel World Champion title. Anyone who competes with it has high expectations for themselves and their bike.
The completely newly developed carbon frame is 37 watts more aerodynamic than its predecessor and 34 watts faster than the next competitor model. Cable routing and frame storage for tools and nutrition are fully integrated. Shifting is electronic with Shimano GRX RX825 Di2 1x12-speed, and braking is done with Shimano GRX hydraulic disc brakes. The Reserve 40|44TA GR carbon wheels with DT Swiss 350 hubs are tubeless-compatible and roll on Vittoria Corsa Pro Control TLR 700x42c tires. Tire clearance up to 45 mm provides flexibility for different conditions. The AB09 carbon handlebar with a 16-degree flare offers a wider, more stable grip position on rough terrain without tiring on long asphalt stretches.
For all those who race gravel and do not want to compromise on aerodynamic efficiency.
