The Chisel has been specifically designed to tackle modern cross-country trails and race courses at top speed. In fact, it shares many of the contemporary features of its Epic Hardtail sibling, but in a more budget-friendly package, making it the most efficient and powerful alloy hardtail.
This Chisel is equipped with the reliable SRAM NX Eagle 1x12 drivetrain, Level T hydraulic disc brakes, a RockShox Judy Gold fork, and 27mm wide aluminum rims fitted with 2.35-inch Fast Track Control tires.
We asked ourselves, "How can we offer professional-level performance at a price more riders can afford?" The answer lies in D'Aluisio Smartweld technology. Smartweld allows us to produce the most consistent and strongest welds while optimizing the flexible, hydroformed aluminum tubes. The result? A frame that weighs in at just 1,350 grams, making it one of the lightest aluminum hardtails available, while also providing tailored stiffness for different sizes.
The Chisel also includes all the modern features expected from an XC bike, such as progressive XC geometry with a 68-degree head tube angle and a longer reach, internal cable routing, a threaded bottom bracket, Boost spacing, compatibility for a 30.9mm dropper post, and 1x drivetrains.
