The frame of the Acid 240 is made from the same heat-treated 6061 aluminum tube sets as our adult mountain bikes, making it just as robust and stable. However, we have tailored its proportions and weight to meet the needs of children. Additionally, fenders can be bolted on – and a bottle holder, so the youngsters are always well taken care of on the go. Its handling promises high riding fun while ensuring reliability – allowing the kids to build plenty of self-confidence. Since a fall here and there is hard to avoid, we have also installed an easily replaceable derailleur hanger. This means that complicated repairs after an impact are a thing of the past.
