Children's bicycles are designed to strengthen and promote the fundamental idea of cycling. The joy of riding – a concept, a feeling, and an inspiration – takes shape as soon as children first sit on the saddle and start pedaling. Once the passion for cycling is ignited, nothing can stand in the way of enjoying a wonderful time outdoors filled with movement and unforgettable experiences. At Specialized, we understand that increased comfort opens the door to more riding enjoyment. However, due to growth spurts in children, the perfectly fitting children's bike was previously equipped with a short-lived "just right." Our development team researched and discovered that the arms and legs of children aged 5-12 grow faster than their upper bodies. Therefore, we needed to develop a bike that is proportionally adjustable to maintain the perfect fit for a longer period – introducing the Jett.
