Henri "Ritte" van Leberghe, later known as Ritte van Vlaanderen, won the Tour of Flanders about a hundred years ago – with a borrowed touring bike. In his honor, California designer Spencer Canon founded the company Ritte Cycles in 2008. He not only has a passion for bikes but also for beautiful cars – and you can see that! Inspired by the sports cars of the 60s and 70s with their pure and dominant color designs, the Californian has been building bikes since 2010 that go against the grain: 'Bicycles for Fun and Glory' – that’s the Ritte claim. The frame was designed by frame-building legend Tom Kellogg. The build is 'designed' by ChezVelo :)
