A really good bike is one that handles everything and, above all, is incredibly fun – just like the Stereo Hybrid ONE44 HPC SLX 800 with its Fox 36 Float 36 Rhythm fork and the matching Float Performance shock with 150 mm and 140 mm of travel. Additionally, it features Newmen Performance 30 wheels, onto which we have mounted Continental Kryptotal 2.4 inch tires. The result: top-notch performance and a riding sensation like floating on clouds. In terms of propulsion and range, the Bosch CX motor (with up to 100 Nm of torque and Kiox 400C display for the perfect overview) and the 800 Wh battery show their strengths. This power, perfectly dosed on the trail, is complemented by the smooth, super-reliable Shimano XT 12-speed drivetrain. However, such thrust also needs to be controlled excellently – the specialty of the sharp, progressive, and reliably stopping Shimano XT 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes with 203 mm rotors. It’s only natural that we equipped this trail machine with a dropper seat post. Adventure mode on and off we go!
