Equipped with SHIMANO's new LINKGLIDE technology, the lifespan of the drive components is increased threefold, allowing for smoother and quieter pedaling, as well as gentle and fast shifting. The design, which is rational yet somewhat emotional, has the potential to become a classic, and the equipment is all-round high quality with a MonkeyLoad system luggage carrier, disc brakes, and a bright light system powered by the drive battery. The all-rounder is exceptionally well powered: the Performance Line CX (Smart System) is one of the strongest offerings from drive manufacturer Bosch, providing powerful assistance when starting and climbing hills. Even when a child trailer is attached via a K-Link adapter, the motor allows for effortless movement. The slim battery integrated into the downtube, available in 625 or 750 watt-hours, enables long ranges. If more endurance is needed, the model with a 625 Wh battery can easily be upgraded with a larger 750 Wh battery. Even in the smallest Wave frame, the large battery fits comfortably and can be easily removed and replaced on the side. The intuitive Intuvia 100 display, controllable via the LED remote, can show data such as distance, ride duration, range, and drive mode.
