Your VAR torque wrench is a precision measurement tool. Be sure to follow these instructions to protect it:

- NEVER use it as a ratchet, as this would compromise the accuracy of the wrench.
- NEVER exceed the maximum torque of the wrench, as this could irreparably damage the measuring devices that allow for measurement.
- Protect it from impacts, dust, and moisture.

To maintain accuracy and proper function, torque wrenches should be checked and calibrated every 5,000 uses or every 12 months.
