The Topeak Power Lever II is a chain tool and mounting lever in one. The two-part tool can be assembled in different ways to perform various tasks. Inside, there is a chain hook that holds the chain together, significantly simplifying work on the chain. The Power Lever provides enough space for a spare chain link inside (not included).
