It's a pity it doesn't fit the 1L Sigg bottles (the curvature of the lower part is too significant).

perfect for touring I've had this exact same cage for 9 years on my touring bike and bought this one for my mate. I find it extremely practical, very flexible in its use. The rubber strap makes it a bit clumsy to drink while you're riding ...but so is drinking from a heavy and unstable big bottle! So I use this one for an ordinary 1.5L PET bottle as a deposit on the down tube, in combination with a standard waterbottle cage on the seat tube to drink while I'm riding. And refill at stops every couple hours ;-). The rubber straps doesn't show any signs of aging after 9 years.
