Even with the axle adapter slot kit, I couldn't make it fit. 1. The thread didn't match on the bike, it had an M10 fine thread, while the slot kit had a standard M10 thread. 2. The fork on the trailer was too short with the slot kit for the thick 28" tire, causing it to rub against the trailer. Too bad, the trailer looked solid and well-made.

Buy immediately for long tours and also order a second coupling. Very light and suitable for long trips. Easy to assemble. Attaching and detaching is no problem thanks to the practical coupling. I find it unfortunate that only one coupling is included. This means that on larger tours, only one person can pull the trailer, making a switch impossible. For one person (weekend trip), the Journey Trailer is a bit too big. However, if two or more people join, it is optimal. It offers a lot of space and storage (which of course tempts you to take too many things).
