The Topeak Elementa Ex is an ultra-compact saddle bag with a tool set. It is attached almost invisibly under the saddle with Velcro straps. The Rail Wing System allows quick access to essentials without having to remove the entire bag. The Topeak Elementa Ex features a tool compartment and a space for additional items. For example, a tube and tire levers can fit here (not included in the scope of delivery).
