In the world of cycling helmets, many models seem to adhere to an unwritten rule that a helmet should possess only two (and not more) of the following features: aerodynamics, lightweight, aesthetics, and ventilation. Faithful to our principles, we innovate instead of following old habits. This is how we developed the Airnet helmet with MIPS, a patented protection system against "rotational violence" generated by oblique impacts. It is inspired by the leather helmets worn by early cyclists, from which we adapted the ventilation and classic style into a modern design that encompasses all the aforementioned features. Although we kept the shape of the leather helmet in mind during the design phase, we initially examined the category leader in aerodynamic road helmets, the S-Works Evade, to see if we could create a classic style that was not only aesthetic but also aerodynamic. The result is the third fastest helmet in our range, right behind the TT and the Evade, a lightweight, well-ventilated, and stylish model regardless of your practice.
