perfect for sealing the unused hole I don't use the plates for the pedals and with these cleat caps, I perfectly sealed the sole. The only downside is that I put some tape inside to prevent any potential water infiltration.

Fits I bought these because I have a midfoot fracture, and I can stabilize my foot better with cycling shoes than with anything else. I am satisfied.
