MOTOREX CHAINWAX is based on a specially developed wax-water emulsion technology without solvents. The innovative composition forms a dry wax film and thus minimizes dust and dirt adhesion. CHAINWAX is biodegradable, reduces wear, and can be used on all types of bicycle chains. Application: Before the first use, the drivetrain unit (cassette, chain, derailleur, chainring) must be completely free of grease and dry. Also, new chains must be thoroughly cleaned with MOTOREX BIKE CHAIN DEGREASER. Always shake MOTOREX CHAINWAX well before use. Then apply it to the dry chain both inside and outside. After a short absorption time, wipe off any excess chain wax with a cloth. The optimal application temperature is above 5°C. The chain can subsequently be re-waxed multiple times without further cleaning.
