Bad for triathlon I´ve bought 2 of this item, but none of them helped me out. Basically if you are using the bottle holder at rear part of the bike (for triathlon ) don´t bother buying it, the bottles will fall every 3 minutes even with a road with slight disruption. I also have a good bottles from "Camelback " (so no excuses- 750mL each) but basically almost said "good by" to them when training on the road in Zurich (street/road is almost perfect)!
