This product does not do justice to the brand. Chillis has such cool and functional bottles that are super practical in everyday life, so I thought a coffee cup from the same brand would be a worthwhile investment. Wrong thought! The insulation cup, while made of good quality, comes with a plastic lid. Even on the first use, you can tell that this lid does not insulate. Once the coffee is in the cup and you screw the lid on, you immediately feel the heat being released from it. Drinking from the one hole is not great: burned lips from a hot drink, vacuum when tilting too much (due to blocking the other hole with your own nose), and extremely tedious to open and close the hole by twisting it. The screw cap of the lid is tight. But once it's really on, due to the size of the lid and the lack of ribs, it becomes difficult to get it off (thank goodness for large hands). The cup will probably just end up on a shelf and stay there... what a shame.
