The Basil Navigator Storm is a waterproof frame bag for small luggage. Small items such as bike locks, mobile phones, or wallets fit easily. The bag is secured to the top tube of the frame with Velcro straps. Thanks to the anti-slip coating, it stays safe and firm in place. The bottom made from tarpaulin is easy to wipe clean and ages very little. Reflective details on the sides provide additional visibility.
