The key broke and fell off my keychain. I am happy with the use of the lock. Unsurprisingly, it is really heavy, but that's fine with my electric bike. However, I am very disappointed that Abus didn't pay attention to the details since the key is not of good quality and a lock without a key means a walk home instead of riding...

Good and secure lock, but... It is a good lock that allows you to securely lock and chain your bike in many places. However, I don't quite understand why you can only insert the key on one side...
