What sets CUBE apart, among other things, is an absolute love for detail. That's why we've equipped the Kathmandu with the integrated luggage rack IC 3.0, which blends seamlessly and elegantly into our Acid mudguards. Additionally, there's a mount for a flat mount disc brake on the rear wheel, as well as a kickstand. Its clean, tidy appearance is thanks to the frame joints welded using the Smooth Welding technique. That's as far as appearances go. In terms of functionality, we've fitted the rear end with a thru-axle and opted for a tapered steerer tube for optimized stability and steering precision (even when fully loaded). And thanks to the cables running inside the downtube, the bike shifts gears smoothly at all times, and the gear system hardly needs any maintenance. We've thought of everything – you'll just have to pack your toothbrush yourself.
